I recently started bringing our puppy to K9 Resorts for daycare, and I’ve had a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, responsive, and genuinely seemed to care about the dogs. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and gives me peace of mind knowing my puppy is in a safe environment. One thing I really appreciated was that they performed an evaluation beforehand to assess whether my puppy would be a good fit for group play or if more private accommodations would be recommended. At the end of the evaluation, a staff member personally called me to discuss how he did, which I found incredibly reassuring as a first-time puppy owner. I also appreciate that they offer optional enrichment activities for an additional fee, which provides extra mental stimulation and makes the daycare experience even more engaging for the dogs. The biggest sign that he’s having a great time is that he comes home happy, relaxed, and completely exhausted after a full day of playing and socializing. It’s been a fantastic way for him to burn energy, interact with other dogs, and build confidence. I highly recommend K9 Resorts to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and caring daycare for their dog.

My furbaby has been at K9 resorts for about 6 months and is doing great! The staff are so friendly and caring of my girl! I love that I can plan my work trips and not worry about who will be caring for her while I am gone! The enrichment activities are so much fun! And having the ability for her to have swim time with her furends is even better! These activities are building her confidence!

I am highly satisfied with my pup’s first day-boarding experience at K9 Resorts. Every staff member I spoke with was polite, helpful, and understanding, which is truly hard to come by these days. I want to thank everyone who was a part of my pup’s stay and for making the whole process so easy, especially since my amazing sister was handling everything in my absence. My pup didn’t do group play, but he came home and went straight to sleep, which tells me he received plenty of attention and care!

K9 Resorts is an absolutely remarkable place. My dog Roxy loves coming here and is excited every day. Try it you will not be disappointed and your dog will love it. It’s especially good for dogs that are excitable And have a lot of energy. The dogs have fun there and make a lot of dog friends.

I’ve been using k9 resort for right at a year now and can’t recommend them enough!! They have the sweetest staff and you can tell how much everyone there truly loves animals! My dog, Patrick has the best time with them! We’ve used them for boarding and daycare!

We were impressed the minute we walked into K9 Resorts in Fairfield. From the cleanliness of the space, to the friendliness of the staff. Mary stopped what she was doing to take us on a tour of the resort. Today I dropped our golden retriever off for an evaluation. Mary called me to tell me that Lucy fit right in with the other dogs and was having a great time. We plan on scheduling some day care sessions and plan on boarding Lucy there in the fall when we go on vacation.

We love boarding our toy poodle at K9 Resorts. Wesley does not play well with other dogs, but the staff go out of their way to play with him and keep him happy. We are always confident he will have a great time at K9.

It's been a while since we took advantage of K9's daycare. Coming back it is clear the standard of service has remained at the same high quality. Just as important to us is the positive attitude everyone has and their welcoming manner.

The staff are always very nice and respectful. Our dogs love going here! They do a great job, keep all dogs safe, and are reasonably priced.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog CeCe, received during her stay at K9 Resorts! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to get to know CeCe’s routine, personality and specific needs, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. When I picked up CeCe she was relaxed, happy, and clearly had a great experience. It’s such a relief to know there’s a place I can trust completely with my dog. I highly recommend K9 Resorts to anyone who is looking for attentive, loving, and top-quality care. CeCe will definitely be back!

I’ve been bringing my Great Dane, Dolly, to K9 Resorts for years, and now my new puppy, Jett, whenever I’m away on biz trips or vacation. K9 Resorts of Madison always take extra special care of our pup!! He’s a bit of a picky eater when we’re away, and they always make his meals extra special so he eats. I know our little guy is in good hands when we’re away and that makes all the difference in the world!

omg i am soooo impressed by this daycare!!! it is beautiful inside and so clean!! the workers are all so sweet! my baby Tank had an amazing first day!! i truly can’t thank you all enough for treating him like your own. he can’t wait to go back tomorrow 💗

My dog Bongo loves it here!! Honestly anytime we have to go away the only place I would consider boarding him is at k9 resort. The staff in Malvern is amazing and I know he has the time of his life as he comes home and needs to sleep to unwind from his vacation. I can’t thank you guys enough!!!!

The check in and customer service has, overall, been very good. They've been accommodating for our 5 dogs each time that we've needed it. However, we try to reserve well in advance of our travel. The price is on the upscale side, because you're paying for services, space, and quality.

Our two dogs go to K9 for full-day daycare several times a week, and they absolutely love it! They always come home happy and tired from a fun day of play. I’m so impressed by how clean the facility is, how happy all the dogs look, and how well-staffed everything is, which keeps wait times short and drop-off/pick-up easy. The staff is incredibly friendly and clearly loves the dogs. They even know each pup by name! We also love the photo updates and the special activities they do for prom, holidays, and other fun events. It’s clear they put a lot of care and creativity into making daycare a great experience for the dogs and their families. Highly recommend K9 to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and loving daycare for their dogs!

Buddy and Nana had a wonderful boarding stay at Deerfield K9 Resort! The staff was so caring, friendly, and attentive, and we felt completely comfortable leaving our pups there. They came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Thank you for treating them like family. we’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely LOVED our experience boarding our grand-dog Norman Bates here over Memorial Day weekend! Coby and the staff took such great care of him! We could tell Norman loooooved it too by the big ol NAP he took when he got home! This was Norman’s first experience with day care or boarding. The staff kept us up to date on Norman was adapting to being with dogs. He found his groove and some doggie friends too! Hopefully next time that other cute Bassett will be there for him to play with!

The facility is immaculate and the staff is outstanding. I have a 5 lb yorkie and she loves going to daycare. She has also stayed overnight for 9 nights. The price is extremely reasonable for the great service you receive. I would highly recommend K9 Resort.

Great service and pricing. I appreciate that your dogs get to join daycare and play while boarding. I definitely recommend using them! My only complaint is that the report card messages feel a bit generic and AI generated (although this may be a new feature they're still testing). It would be nice if they felt a little more personal and thoughtful.
