  • Gradually introduce your dog to our existing playgroups, one dog at a time.
  • Observe their behavior to determine if they are comfortable in a group setting.

Evaluations typically last at least three hours, and we encourage owners to leave their dog for the entire day to help them acclimate.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

How much notice is required to cancel or modify a daycare reservation?


While we understand that plans can change, we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • No deposit is required for daycare reservations.
  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance incur no penalty.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation will result in a full daycare charge or a reduction of one (1) day from your daycare package.
