What is dog boarding?

Dog boarding provides a safe, comfortable, and professionally supervised environment where your pet can stay while you're away. At K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel Oviedo, our award-winning facilities offer a luxurious home-away-from-home experience, ensuring your dog receives the highest level of care, comfort, and attention.

What is the difference between your luxury suites and traditional compartments?

Luxury suites include premium Kuranda® dog bedding and cage-free spaces, that are 8'x8' and 5'x7' respectively. In contrast, our traditional compartments provide smaller enclosures and comfort mat bedding.

Is there someone with the dogs overnight?

While there is not anyone with the dogs overnight, our facility has video surveillance and is protected by a central station alarm and a fire system at all times. Typically, dogs are already asleep before we secure the premises at night, and we gently wake them upon our morning arrival. Our team operates from approximately 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

Can I bring my dog’s bed?

To ensure a safe and hygienic environment, we do not permit any items made of fabric in the resort. Our cage-free rooms are furnished with premium Kuranda beds, and our compartment accommodations include a comfort mat for your dog. An upgraded bed is available upon special request.

Can I bring toys?

Of course! You are welcome to bring toys made of rubber and/or plastic.

What amenities are included in the boarding fee?

Amenities include spacious and luxurious suites, comfortable bedding, gourmet Blue Buffalo meals, daily exercise and play sessions, and access to our climate-controlled facilities. Amenities also include plenty of attention from our PCSA-certified, animal-loving staff!

How long can you board a dog?

Dogs can be boarded for any length of time, depending on your needs. Typical stays are 4-10 days long, and we welcome you to chat with us about our rates for long-term boarding. Our flexible boarding options ensure that pups receive consistent, high-quality care throughout their stay.

Do you have webcams in the room so I can see my dog while I’m away?

We do not, but you can call or email us to check in and we’ll update you on how your furry friend is doing! We also frequently update our social media with pictures and videos, so keep an eye out for that too.
