When your dog arrives for daycare, we’ll conduct an initial evaluation to gauge how they interact with other dogs and assess their temperament. This helps us ensure your dog will be comfortable and safe while having a blast in daycare.

4. How can I tell if my dog enjoys daycare?

5. Do you group dogs by size in daycare?

Yes, we separate our daycare groups based on size to ensure comfort and safety:

Large Dog Playgroup: For dogs 30 pounds and up.
Small Dog Playgroup: For dogs under 30 pounds.

6. What happens during the daycare evaluation?

During the evaluation, we’ll introduce your dog to a select group of dogs and monitor how they interact. This process helps us decide whether group play or one-on-one activities are best suited for your dog. Evaluations typically last a few hours, giving your dog time to acclimate and interact with others.

7. What vaccinations are required for daycare?

To ensure a safe environment, we require the following vaccinations:

Rabies
Distemper/Parvo
Bordetella (in the form of Merck Nobivac Intra-trac3)
Canine Influenza (Nobivac Canine Flu Bivalent is preferred)

8. What’s your cancellation policy for daycare reservations?

We ask for a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours, a full daycare charge will apply, or a day will be deducted from your daycare package. Refunds are not available.
