How often should my dog attend daycare?

What is a dog daycare evaluation?
Before participating in daycare, all dogs undergo an evaluation to ensure their temperament is compatible with group play. Our certified staff carefully assesses each dog to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
What happens during a daycare evaluation?
The evaluation process involves slowly introducing your dog to our daycare environment and other dogs, one at a time. This allows your dog to acclimate without feeling overwhelmed. Evaluations typically last several hours, and we encourage leaving your dog for the entire day to ensure they get the full daycare experience.
Signs Your Dog Enjoys Daycare
Dogs who love daycare usually come home happy and tired. Over time, many dogs eagerly look forward to daycare and may even rush to the door when you arrive! Some owners find their dogs become so excited that they can’t mention daycare unless they’re heading out immediately.
Grouping by Size
To ensure safety and comfort, dogs are separated into groups based on their size:

Vaccination Requirements
All daycare participants must have up-to-date vaccinations for:
- Rabies
- Distemper/Parvo
- Bordetella (intranasal preferred)
- Canine Influenza (bivalent preferred)

Cancellation Policy
Daycare reservations can be canceled without penalty up to 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 72 hours will result in a charge or deduction from your daycare package.
