At K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel Fairfield, our Luxury Suites and Executive Rooms offer cage-free options with ample space, premium bedding, and inclusive activities, redefining the boarding experience for pets and owners alike.

Is there someone overnight with the dogs?

• Most pet care facilities do not provide overnight staff. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with video surveillance and protected by a central station alarm and a fire system at all times. In order to maintain a stress-free environment and promote a restful night, we do not have staff exploring the facility overnight. Most dogs are asleep before we lock up and we tend to wake them upon arrival in the morning. Our staff is here from approximately 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

My dog doesn’t do well with other dogs; can you still board him/her?

• Absolutely. As long as your dog is people-friendly, we can accommodate them and provide one-on-one playtime with our staff.

Would my dog have a problem switching over to your food?

• We recommend our in-house diet, specially formulated for boarding environments. However, if your dog requires a specific diet, you can provide their food for a small additional fee.

Can someone come visit my dog while we’re away?

• Visits can disrupt the adjustment process for dogs, so we strongly discourage them unless absolutely necessary.

Can I bring my dog’s bed?

• For safety and sanitation reasons, we provide bedding for your dog's comfort.

Can I bring toys?

• Yes, we accept rubber and plastic toys to ensure a safe environment for all dogs.

Can a friend drop off/pick up my dog?

• Yes, please provide instructions and add their name as an approved pickup person. They will need to present ID upon arrival.
