Boarding Options and Amenities

• Is there someone overnight with the dogs? Unlike many other pet care facilities, K9 Resorts offers round-the-clock video security. Our facility is equipped with video surveillance and a state-of-the-art alarm system. To ensure a restful environment for your pet, we minimize overnight disturbances. While our staff is available during the day, we prioritize a peaceful night's sleep for your furry friend.
• My dog doesn’t do well with other dogs, can you still board him/her? Of course! We offer individual boarding options for dogs that are more comfortable on their own. Your dog will enjoy one-on-one playtime with our caring staff

Feeding and Medication

• Would my dog have a problem switching over to your food? We provide high-quality Blue Buffalo meals for all our guests. If your dog is sensitive to new foods, we recommend bringing their food.
• Can someone come visit my dog while we’re away? We encourage visits, but please let us know in advance so we can schedule a convenient time.

Personal Items and Convenience

• Can I bring my dog’s bed? You're welcome to bring your dog's favorite toys, but please avoid bringing fabric items to maintain a sanitary environment. We provide premium Kuranda dog beds in all our suites.
• Can I bring toys? Yes, you can bring your dog's favorite toys. However, please avoid bringing toys that are too small or could be a choking hazard.
• Can a friend drop off/pick up my dog? Yes, you can authorize a friend or family member to drop off or pick up your dog. Please provide us with their contact information.

Communication and Updates

• Can I call while I’m away to check how my dog is doing? Absolutely! We're happy to provide you with updates on your dog's well-being.
• Can my dogs board together? Yes, your dogs can board together if they are compatible. Please let us know if there are any concerns about their interactions.

Additional Considerations

• What if my dog doesn’t have a Bordetella shot, can we still bring them? To protect the health and well-being of all our guests, we require a Bordetella vaccination. This helps prevent the spread of kennel cough.
• Does my dog have to get a bath? We require a bath for all dogs that stay with us for two days or more. This helps to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all our guests.
• We might get back from vacation a day or two early, so would it be a problem if we picked our dog up early? No problem at all! Just give us a heads-up if you plan to pick up your dog early, and we'll make sure everything is ready for a smooth departure
